Hi I'm Michael

I'm a student, I'm a runner, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have always enjoyed running my entire life. Maybe I should say racing because that is really what got me. In fact when selecting the sports I was going to do in high school I picked cross-country over soccer. And that's what I did at my high school track and cross-country. My biggest accomplishment in the running sphere came when I broke my high school's 800 meter record. This was really big for me because of the length it stood I think 28 years. I also like to play all kinds of games with my family and friends. The games can go from card and board games to video games to more active games like ping-pong and soccer. That's really me doing anything that is competitive in nature. I am currently studying at BYU-Idaho majoring in Civil Engineering.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have given it a chance. I read the Book of Mormon and asked God to know if it is a true book. The answers came to me through the power of the Holy Ghost. I know that this is Christ's church on the earth today. I know that we are blessed in this life when we keep all of the commandments God has given us. I know that everyone can have the happiness in their life that I have in mine. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the absolute truth on the earth.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to do the things I know Christ would do.
