My wife and I have been married from our youth I work as a facilites Manager in health care with a local community hospital. I enjoy many opportunities to give service within the church which has helped me grow spiritually and understand better the needs of others. I feel my family life has more focus and purpose and better placed to deal with life's challenges I am very happly married to my wife for 41years we meet as teenagers she is my wife and best friend and eternel companion we have two wonderful son's and a fantastic grandson. I joind the church in 1980 and the church has strengthend me in time of difficulty, has given me some of the happiest moments in my life, it has given me the training and knowlge to be a sucsessful manager.

Why I am a Mormon

I have faith in God however the church I attended couldn't answer some of life's fundamental questions about the purpose of life. We met the missionaries of the church and taught about God's plan of happiness The missionarys encouraged us to read the Book of Mormon I prayed to know if I should get baptised and join the church that I got my answer in prayer an it changed my life forever. I knew then that God does answer prayerI am a Mormon because Jesus Christ is an inportant in my life the Book of Mormon made simple sence to me and it had the awncers to many of the questions that troubled me. The Gosple of Jesus Christ is at the centred of our family is a happy home and brings great joy to us.

How I live my faith

I serve in the Branch presidency serving as a councilor to the Branch President of our local church where I live I have found grate joy in serving others. I say my prayers each day and read the Bible and The Book of Mormon. We have Church social activities and our family enjoy church meetings and give me the opportunity to meet other members and gain strength through their friendship.
