Hi I'm Maegan

I love reading. I love the gospel. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I am the sixth child in my family of ten children, plus my parents makes twelve of my immediate family. I was adopted when I was an infant and I have had the church in my life ever since. I love my family and I have so many wonderful friends in my life. I am so grateful for the church, because the way I see it, I don't know if I'd know any kind of life without it.

Why I am a Mormon

I love my family and I am grateful that I was adopted into an LDS family, along with my other seven adopted siblings. It is thanks to my mother who joined the church early in her marriage to my father. He wasn't an active member though he had grown up in the church and it is because of her conversion our family has been blessed with a worthy priesthood holder in my home and a mother that raised us right. She taught us that we are to follow the prophet and follow the council that he gives to us. I know that Joseph Smith restored the gospel to this continent after it had been taken from the earth after the last of the prophets from the New Testament times. His life and martyrdom has been a testimony builder for me and I know that if we repent and come unto Christ he will lead us by the way and we won't fall. Because if we build on him, we cannot fall.

How I live my faith

I have been called to serve my Heavenly Father and help every child of God to know who they are and what they mean to Him. I have met so many wonderful people since being called as a missionary to share the gospel of Jesus Christ, and I am grateful for having this opportunity that I wouldn't have had any other way. I have been given a wonderful chance to share my testimony of the divinity of Christ and how much this gospel has changed my life. Every day I can serve and help others find meaning and understand about this life and that we are all here for a purpose. We all are of worth and our Father in Heaven wants us to seek Him out because He wants to let us know how much He loves us. When we find Him, He wants us to ask Him what our worth is and not allow the world's opinion of what our value is change how much potential and power we actually have.
