Hi I'm Darrell Roskelley

I am a father, grandfather, husband to a wonderful wife and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints.

About Me

I am now retired and am loving that life. I love to fly fish lakes and resivors. I tie my own flies and really enjoy that. I love to Dutch Oven cook (the big black cast iron pots). I believe in giving service. I am a better person when I serve others. Over the years I was employed in a food canning factory, a County Clerk and Drug Court Coordinator. The Coordinator's position was the one I enjoyed the most. I found it the most rewarding helping others live a productive life. I graduated with a degree to teach Spanish and health which I never did.

Why I am a Mormon

My mother would always read to me out of the New Testament about the life of the Savior. I know that the teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints are true and help me to live a fuller happier life as I try to become more like the Savior.

How I live my faith

My religion is very much a part of me. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints calls young men, women, and senior couples on missions. My wife and I are leaving to go serve the youth in our church. We are looking forward to working with the youth.. We love families and are thankful that our 3 daughters married men that believe in families and teach their children correct principles. We love our grandchildren and will miss them while we are gone. We are just thankful for modern technology that allows us to visit with them. We live at a time when there are many challenges given to all. My wife and I always hope that we are setting a good example for someone. We have been so blessed in our lives that we want to serve others.
