Hi I'm Craig

I'm a student. I'm a friend. I'm bilingual. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm struggling to save up money for college, I was blessed to learn Spanish as an LDS Missionary, I strive to work hard, I strive to be a friend to others who need me, to share what I have, and to be the best I can.

Why I am a Mormon

As a youth I was blessed with wonderful parents who loved each other and six older siblings who sought after righteousness. My family was blessed so strongly by the Gospel, as taught by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, that I could not deny it as truth filled and wholly good. As a teenager I grew to know for myself that God lives and that His Son, Jesus Christ, was indeed my Saviour. As I pondered the teachings of my parents and the scriptures I grew to know that the Book of Mormon is indeed the word of God and that Joseph Smith was his Prophet. The Lord has helped me, line upon line, precept upon precept, to gain a testimony of my own. As a missionary I saw the Lord's miracles and long suffering toward my fellow man and I grew to love them. I now believe the teachings of Jesus Christ as taught by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the way to gain the most joy in this life and a fullness of joy in the life to come. I hold all that I have learned sacred, but I share as much as I can for the joy and love that it brings me! I do not find life easy, but I find every second I put my trust in the Lord and heed his words worth more than any amount of money.

How I live my faith

I work hard to save up enough money to get through school. I have been called to advise the young men in my ward but often find them teaching me. I am no Mother Theresa, but I serve in every capacity I find and I strive to be generous with what I have. If I can give something to you to bless you, I will. I visit with families and friends as often as I can and I find great comfort in calling a friend just to say hello. I do not believe in doing things for myself has ever brought me any happiness. Though single, I think of what my actions do to bless my family, my future family, and those who are around me. By doing this I draw closer to my Heavenly Father and it helps me to feel clean, forgiven, and accomplished. I do not strive to make friends as much as be one.
