Hi I'm Krista

I'm a young, professional who loves my job. I love to travel. I haven't eaten ice cream in over a year. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a young professional working in education and technology. Also attend grad school part-time. I enjoy playing volleyball, reading, traveling and playing Freecell. I love being outdoors and participating in activities that better lives.

Why I am a Mormon

I have personal experiences that have testified of the truth of this gospel. I grew up in a LDS home. Since leaving home, I have had opportunities to experience different beliefs and none give me the peace, faith, hope and confidence that I know comes from being a Mormon.

How I live my faith

My faith is my choice. I choose to attend church meetings every Sunday. I choose to attend religious classes at local church buildings during the week. I choose to read the Book of Mormon and other scriptures daily. I choose to pray to Heavenly Father everyday. I choose to be grateful and happy when times are hard. I choose to follow God's commandments because I want to, not because I have to.

What blessings can you receive from reading the Book of Mormon, the Bible, and other scriptures?

Krista
I am able to recieve personal direction from Heavenly Father about my own life. I am in the stage of life where I am making big decisions education, career, family, what I want to accomplish in my life, etc... I only have one chance at life and want to make the best decisions for me. I know I cannot do this without divine help. I am constantly learning about ancient civilizations in the Americans before, during and after Jesus Christ's life. More importantly, the words in the scriptures have application to me today.
