Hi I'm Scott

I’m a husband, father, son, brother, friend, about to start my career in construction, and I’m a Mormon.

About Me

I’m the youngest in my family with four sisters and one brother. I love my family! However, that doesn’t mean that we got along 100 of the time. A big blessing in my family is that we believe in our Savior Jesus Christ. I live what He teaches as best I can and because of it I have a very strong relationship with my family. Equally important, is how strong my relationship is with God, My Father in Heaven, and Jesus, my Redeemer. The things that will always matter most to me are my Father in Heaven, my Savior Jesus Christ, and my family. I have an amazing relationship with them, and I love them!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. That’s not why I’m a member today. As I grew older I started to question my faith. So, I went to the source of all truth, God, in prayer. He revealed, or told, me through the Holy Spirit that this is Jesus Christ’s Church on the earth today. I learned it from God, not from man.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing what is pleasing to God and to Jesus. I go to church every Sunday because I love worshiping my Savior with my friends and family. I enjoy reading the scriptures, the Book of Mormon and Bible, to learn the word of God from His ancient prophets. I also love the opportunity to have a two way communication with my Father in Heaven through prayer every day. The knowledge that Jesus is my Savior and that I can return and live with God again, with my family, affects every choice I make in my life.
