Hi I'm Kathy

I'm a mother of 4 great kids. I'm a wife to my wonderful husband. I love to feel the warm sunshine on my face!! I am a Mormon!

About Me

I am a mother who is working hard to raise my children to be hard working, honest people, full of integrity and moral courage. To be grateful for all the small miracles of the day and to be kind to all people. I hope they are learning to help those around them that need help. Even if it is a small and simple thing they do for someone... Sometimes the smallest things mean the most. After being a wife & mother... I enjoy sewing, I run a small business out of my home in the paper crafting industry, I love water skiing, exercising, hiking, and being out in the warm weather. I love my Savior Jesus Christ and all that He has done for me and my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I love my Savior Jesus Christ. I want to follow Him and learn all I can about Him so I can return to Him someday. Through the teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, I know it is possible for me and my family to live with our Father in Heaven and Jesus Christ again. That is my goal. I am a Mormon because this gospel teaches me how to get back to my Father in Heaven. I know I will see my Savior again someday. I will thank Him for drinking that bitter cup and, for all He has done for me and my family.

How I live my faith

I have been asked to watch over all the ladies in our ward family. I accept this responsibility with a feeling of love for my Savior. He has done so much for me. I hope I can do just a little of what He would do if He were here. I am happy to serve these wonderful ladies. I love teaching others about our Savior and the love He has for each of us. I know He loves us all exactly the same!! I try to live my faith by serving others and being kind.

What is the Relief Society?

The Relief Society is an organization that was set up in 1842. This woman's organization was designed to help or, give relief to people who were suffering or in need. There are times when the help needed is spiritual and other times it is temporal. This Relief Society organization lifts those who are weary or sad or lonely. As a group of women we lift, teach and strengthen each other. We look for opportunities to make the world a better place for all people. Show more Show less
