Hi I'm Kolten

I'm from California. I love music, nature, and architecture. I love to travel. I love my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in central California. I come from a large family that loves fun and games. Some of the things I enjoy most are playing the piano, reading books, and being outdoors. I recently finished serving a mission in the Arizona Mesa Mission, and it was a blast! Not only was I able to help other people, but I have also grown and learned from the experience myself. Life is GREAT!!!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon for many reasons. First of all, that is how I was raised. My ancestors have been in the church for ages! More importantly, though, I am a member of this church because I have personally prayed about the Book of Mormon and found out it was true. I have not always been as strong in my faith as I now am, but this is something that is so much a part of me, I will never leave it. I know it to be true.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through righteous actions. My integrity means a lot to me. I care about others how they feel, what they think, what they like. I enjoy being around pleasant people, and I hope that others enjoy being around me. I try to be the best example to others that I can. I give others the opportunity to learn of these truths for themselves. I am actively involved in my faith.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Kolten
The best way to know that this is Christ's restored church is to read the Book of Mormon and to pray to know if it is true. As long as we do that with a real desire to know the truth, our Heavenly Father will answer! God wants us to know what is right. Just as important as asking though, is acting upon what we are told. Why would God give us an answer if we weren't willing to do what he told us? We need to be willing to do whatever our Heavenly Father asks of us. I would also encourage you to meet with the missionaries. They would be more than happy to talk with you and answer your questions. Show more Show less
