Hi I'm Taylor

I'm serving a mission in New Jersey, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the second oldest of four brothers. I love art, my personal favorites are sculpture and painting. I like fishing, camping, hiking, and pretty much anything that will place me outdoors. I enjoy most sports, watching and playing. I am a member of the Army National Guard.

Why I am a Mormon

It's true, what can I say more. But really, I was born into the church, I always assumed the church to be true, I didn't really know much else, untill Basic Training. I joined the army national guard and openned my view of the world. I finally saw the world around me as I went through the training. The struggles people were having, the trials. For me, it turned out to be an enjoyable experience. I owe that to the Book of Mormon. I, for the first time in my life, read that book every single night. Not because I had to but because I wanted to, the trials disappeared. Being Mormon was a choice I had made when I was young, without much understanding, but believing in it was one that I made based upon my experience with the peace that came from the scriptures and the testimony I gained that the Book of Mormon is true. No doubt. Nothing, save God and Jesus Christ, could have made that experience what it was to me.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving a mission, and I can honestly say that nothing has brought me as much joy as sharing this gospel with others has. Every day is an opportunity to strengthen anothers faith in Jesus Christ and in doing so, I strengthen my own. My testimony in this church is unshakable, unwavering. This church is true. I go outside everyday knowing that someone I meet will be brought to the light of the gospel by experimenting on the words that God has given us. It is such a priviledge to be able to be a tool in the hands of the Lord.
