Hi I'm Keeley

I am a college student with Celiac Disease and Anxiety Disorder. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to sing, write, read, draw, and have fun! I have a fun personality and a sarcastic sense of humor. I absolutely love my family, and feel very blessed to have such wonderful parents! I also have two siblings ages 4 and 3 and they are the light of my life! I love to hang out with my friends and watch movies or play games! My favorite T.V. shows are: Modern Family, The Office, Roseanne, Glee, and any type of ghost show! I am a dreamer, and that's something that I love about myself!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon simply because it's what I believe in. I believe that I was meant to come to this earth and live the Gospel. I believe that everything in my life is a part of Heavenly Father's plan, and that I am a part of that magnificent plan. I love being a Mormon and it brings so much joy to my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith every day by doing the right things. I choose the right from the wrong, even though it can be hard at times. Because of my faith, I have seen my life go down much greater paths. I dress modestly, speak kindly, and try my best to bring happiness to those around me.

What blessings can you receive from reading the Book of Mormon, the Bible, and other scriptures?

Keeley
This was a question I used to asks myself all the time until recently! I used to wonder if reading the scriptures was even important compared to all the other great gospel principles. And the truth is, reading the scriptures is also a great gospel principle. By reading my scriptures daily I feel a sense of peace, safety, and well-being. Whether I read an entire chapter or just a few verses, my day goes well and I feel good. On the days that I forget to read it becomes easier for me to make wrong choices. At first, I thought reading the scriptures was boring, but I have come to realize that many of the people I read about in the Scriptures are very similar to me, and the stories become personal and interesting. Reading my scriptures every night brings me so many blessings that I can't even count them!  Show more Show less
