Hi I'm Kylee

I love horses, being a wife, and mother! I grew up in Connecticut. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the wife of an extremely sweet man and mother of one adorable little boy, # 2 coming soon. We've been married for 5 years and love growing through life together. I love animals and I volunteer at a rescue ranch, training and rehabilitating abused horses. I look forward to getting involved in more causes in the future. I've enjoyed working in several different industries, some of which are, construction demolition, food, retail, and medical veterinarian technician, animal shelter tech. I'm now able to stay at home with our little one which I wouldn't trade for the world! I ran cross-country and track in high school and love working out. My husband and I graduated together in Business Management and Marketing. When baby's napping, I love reading, playing piano, exercising, talking to family, and most of all, being with my husband!

Why I am a Mormon

My family was introduced to the church when I was 14 years old. My sister's high school sweetheart, now husband, brought the gospel into our life. I will be forever grateful to him for being brave enough to share his faith with us. Discovering who we are, where we came from, what we're here for, and where we're going after this life brought direction and peace into our family. This knowledge is so precious to me and I know now that my family can be together forever.

How I live my faith

I know that I'm a daughter of God and that He has a specific plan for me. I do the best I can each day and ask myself, what would He have me do today? I try to teach my son good principles and learn about things that I feel I'm lacking in. For example, right now I'm studying what the scriptures teach about gratitude because I want to be more thankful for the simple things in my life.

How can faith in Jesus Christ influence us in our marriages and family relationships? in our friendships?

We mess up a lot in life. This is why Jesus Christ came to earth and made it possible for us to be clean again. So we can return home to live with Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and our families forever. Jesus Christ has had a huge role in our marriage. Right from the beginning we decided that we wanted to have a marriage and a home that was centered around Christ and His teachings. I think a big part of having faith is following the Savior and trying to become more like Him everyday. It's putting your spouse first, above your own needs and even the needs of your children. When both husband and wife are striving for this, there is less selfishness and more pure love and happiness in the relationship. Show more Show less

How can we increase our faith in Jesus Christ?

I think the best way to increase our faith in the Savior is by learning about Him. Learning who He is and what He did while He was on the earth. Studying what He taught and what He believed. Through coming to know Him and trying to be more like Him we can develop greater faith and know that He is our personal Savior. When we develop a deeper relationship with Christ we know that through Him all things are possible. He has atoned for us each individually. He knows us by name. He fully understands our sorrows, struggles, grief, pain, joys and successes. Because of this, we ALWAYS have someone to turn to. When we put our trust and faith in our Savior we can be comforted and healed. Show more Show less
