Hi I'm Dom

I grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. I served a mission in San Antonio, Texas. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a student, and learning the real life. I like to snowboard, dirtbike, race cars, and help people understand our message of the true restored gospel. I come from a family of 3 kids. I am currently attending college to be a mechanical engineer.

Why I am a Mormon

So i'm a member of the church because i prayed and found out that this was true. Before my mission i didn't really care much about any church, even though i grew up LDS. My family always tried to help me do what was right but i thought it was more fun being a kid. I had no intention of going on a mission, as a matter of fact i didn't have much intent of going to church. However, as i finally got some encouragement from a friend, i finally decided to go and see what it was like. In the missionary training center i finally decided to read the book of mormon to find out if these things were true. When i did so, 3 days later i after reading the whole book, i didn't put it down once. I totally knew this church was true, i prayed to ask god for sure. Now without a doubt i know that this church is true, its brought me so much happiness, i'm happier than i ever was. I know that by following the gospel anyone and everyone will feel happier and have a better life. I know the Book of Mormon is true and only by reading it, and praying you will have the peace and answers you need to know this is true.

How I live my faith

I recently returned home from my mission in texas, and there i taught people everyday about the gospel. Now, i'm just a normal person, still inviting everyone around me to be as happy as i have become.

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

No, not all mormons are required to serve missions. However, i don't know why they wouldn't want to, its the greatest thing i've ever done. We learn a ton on a mission even things to help for our daily life. I know that serving a mission is the greatest thing anyone can ever do. Show more Show less
