Hi I'm Vivian

I'm a mom, a wife, a daughter, a sister, and a friend. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a stay at home mom of 4 boys. I love playing softball and watching my boys play soccer. I also enjoy reading, scrapbooking, and watching old movies.

Why I am a Mormon

I have the knowledge that I am a daughter of God. I know my worth and the great love Heavenly Father and Jesus have for me. I gained my testimony when I was 18 years old. I was baptized when I was 9 years old, but I had not been active in the church in my teen years and I did struggle. I felt that I was missing guidance in my life at this time. During this time I was encouraged by a very good friend to come to the singles ward and I decided to go. I chose to go the first Sunday of the month which is fast and testimony meeting. While at the meeting I heard people share their testimonies and I was filled with the such love and warmth. After coming home I decided to kneel and pray about the truthfulness of this church. During my prayer I was so filled with love and I knew the church was true. I have been active in the church since that day.

How I live my faith

I am the secretary in our primary at church. I help organize the lesson manueIs for the teachers. I take roll and assign children to read a scripture, say a prayer, or give a simple two minute talk in our closing for primary. I'm also the committee chair for the baked goods committee in my sons' elementary PTA. I have been the team parent for many of the soccer teams by boys have played on.
