Hi I'm Bryan

I grew up in Southern California, and I ride my mountain bike nearly every day.

About Me

I was born and raised here is sunny Southern California, and still enjoy the weather and the beach when I can. I am come from, a big family with a lot of siblings 3 brothers and 2 sisters, we are a very loud bunch and very competitive with one another. In school I sang and played volleyball, I still love to sing but I don't get on the court near enough. Instead I mountain bike, I work in international sales for a mountain bike manufacturer, and have had a good chance to use my Spanish skills in my vocation. There is nothing I would rather do than ride my bike especially downhill, sometimes I even bring my wife of five years along with me.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because of the peace it offers me, I love the fact that the gospel has answers to the most important questions: why we are here; where we came from; and where we are going. When i was 16 my father passed away, I am not the youngest in the family and this was especially hard on some of my younger siblings. One thing I have always taken solace in is the fact that I know that my father is still there and I know that if I live my life according to the gospel i can live with my father and the rest of my family forever. I am a Mormon because I know that families can be together forever and I know that I need to continually live my life the way the Lord has outlined so I can live together with my family forever.

How I live my faith

Working in the Mountain biking industry isn't easy it is an industry based on a lot of worldly things, regardless I try to be an example in the way I treat others, conduct my language and conduct myself, especially while I travel internationally. I also work with the youth for my church calling I am in charge of the 12-14 year old boys for Sunday worship. I also participate in monthly scouting camp outs, weekly scout meetings, and help coach the youth in an Mormon organized basketball league.

What blessings can you receive from reading the Book of Mormon, the Bible, and other scriptures?

We believe that by small and simple things great things are brought to pass, while taking time to read the scriptures every day is founded on this precept, as I read the scriptures daily together with my wife I am reminded that these small things helps me understand the Lord better and helps me make correct decisions.   Show more Show less

What do Mormons believe about family?

We believe that marriage and families can be eternal, that you can maintain your family forever. My father past away more than 10 years ago and I know he is still my father, he is still a part of my life and he always will be. I know that if something were to happen to me or my wife that we would still be married that there is no "Till death do you part" when you are married the way God intended. Show more Show less
