Hi I'm Jonathan

I write books and go to school. I'm a Mormon, true blue through and through.

About Me

I'm a student concerned about the fate of this world and the lives of humans in it. I write books and stories, and I want to be a influence for good in this world. I try to keep active; I work to live, and live to play, and make the world a better place. I don't know much, but I do know the church is true.

Why I am a Mormon

Because I choose to be. I went to church as a kid because my parents did, and in many cases they made me go. But when I moved out on my own I was free to choose to continue to go or not. And I choose to go. Have kept going for some time now. There are miracles I've seen, and blessings I've received, and prayers that have been answered, and all of those conglomerated into one whole is the reason why I'm a Mormon. I needed to know for myself if the church was true, if the Book of Mormon was true, and I prayed to God in the name of Jesus Christ for some guidance, and He gave me an answer. It's true. Joseph Smith was a prophet, and Thomas Monson is one now. I've seen it. I've made promises to my God, and I will not break them.

How I live my faith

Right now I hold calling of leadership in my student ward. It's completely voluntary. I help organize the student aged men to give service, do fun activities, and I counsel with a president to figure out how to best serve these men and provide for their needs, as well as use them as an instrument of service. I let everyone I know, know, that I am a Mormon, and that I love church. I give service to those not of my faith. It's pretty easy once you understand that everyone is a child of God. I love the men and women in my ward.
