Hi I'm Seth

I have lived in the Pacific Northwest all my life. I am pursuing my education as a PA. I am married with one boy and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am an outdoor fanatic! I love to spend my free time working in the yard, camping, rock climbing, snowboarding, running, biking, hiking, golfing, taking pictures, playing soccer, and sometimes taking naps with my 15 month old boy Parker. That being said, I am a father and husband. I was married on a stormy winter day in December of 2008. My wife, Carmen, and I have very similar interests (although she is more artsy craftsy than me) and are constantly planning fun outdoor activities. I am Husky for life (University of Washington grad) but pursuing a degree in Physician Assistant Studies, MPA. I enjoy spending time with my extended families and friends. The church is a major part of my life and and am grateful I've been a member my entire life.

Why I am a Mormon

Being LDS is a way of life and it's a way of life that I know is pleasing to our God. I was born into an LDS home but like many, gained a testimony little by little. My first year of college I sought a complete understanding of the Book of Mormon and Heavenly Father's plan. I gained answers to my questions about the validity of that book and plan and have never looked back. I served mission in Santa Maria, Brazil where I was able to take the happiness I feel to several other families and individuals. My testimony continues to be polished each day as I strive to build a relationship with my Father in heaven.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving my family and friends. I am the 1st counselor in the young men's presidency and have loved every minute of the calling. I couldn't see a better fit for me at this time in my life. I am a hometeacher to a few families in my ward, which has caused my faith to grow as well. I look for ways to invite the spirit in my life though fulfilling my callings, inviting the missionaries over and trying to be obedient to Heavenly Father's commandments.
