Hi I'm Kam

I speak three languages: English, Spanish, and Idahoan and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I guess I'm your average late-twenties married Southern Californian. I enjoy my job in the entertainment/recreation industry. In my down time I like to play with my daughter and watch TV with my wife. We also love traveling; especially visiting Walt Disney World.

Why I am a Mormon

I could probably write a very lengthy book to answer this question, but to spare the reader some time I will keep it very simple. I believe in Jesus Christ and have a personal knowledge of His divinity. He is the Christ, the Savior of the World. The church that He formed during His mortal life was lost from the earth, but it was restored by His divine power through prophets and apostles. Through those same prophets He has given and stills gives us guidance and direction. He has given us the Book of Mormon: Another Testament of Jesus Christ which, along with the Holy Bible, testifies of Jesus Christ and his saving atonement. He has overcome physical and spiritual death and through Him I will be able to return to live Him and my Father in Heaven. Being a member of His church allows me not allow to receive modern revelation through His prophets, but also provides the only way to receive the saving ordinances of baptism and the laying on of hands for the gift of the Holy Ghost by one who holds the Holy Priesthood. The Holy Priesthood was lost along with the ancient church and was restored by divine power. All of the things I have shared are true, but most importantly, my Father in Heaven loves me and has provided the way to return to Him. This way is through His church. I know these things because He has revealed them to me through His Holy Spirit.

How I live my faith

I actively participate in my ward (congregation). I have previously had the opportunity to teach young children about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I have also performed in a local Mormon choir: the Anaheim Mormon Chorale. Currently I am a Home Teacher, visiting families in my ward sharing Gospel messages with them, and helping them in any other needs they may have.
