Hi I'm James

I'm a Texan, Class President, and a Mormon.

About Me

Well usually you might describe a person by what activities they might like doing, or what their favorite color is, but I have so many loved activities, and colors that you'd run out of patience before I ran out of text. That being said I generally try to go about things with a love for all good things, and respect for the ideas, feelings, and beliefs of others because I've realized in my life that the more I rejected people the sadder of a person that I was, and that the more I tried to see that person as a son or daughter of God, the happier I was.

Why I am a Mormon

Basically I was born with Mormon Parents who believed and went to the church. They told me that they knew it was true, but I didn't really know for sure. There came a critical time in my life where I needed some serious answers. I was having it rough in school with loads of pressure to do things that I didn't think were right. I decided to pray, and for real. I really told God everything what happened, and I felt like he listened. That's when I knew for sure that it was for me.

How I live my faith

I preach the good word of God with his authorized servants (the missionaries), and I get a lot of joy out of seeing people really change their lives as they come to know the Lord.

Are Mormons Christians?

I got asked this question a bunch at the high school where I went. Are you Christian? "Yeah of course I am." I think to myself. We worship Jesus Christ first, and foremost. He is the center of our religion. We believe in the Holy Bible. Let me tell you it's hard to read the whole Bible, and not have a strong belief in the savior. I believe the Bible to be the word of God, so I'd say yeah I'm a Christian. Show more Show less
