Hi I'm Jason

I am from Texas. I am a student at BYU. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am from Texas but I am currently a student attending BYU in Utah. I wish I knew what my major was but the plan, at least for right now, is to attend dental school. I love to meet new people and be active. I enjoy being outdoors (fly fishing, camping, running, exercising, etc.). I have played the cello for several years now and now I am attempting to learn the piano, but its alot harder than it looks. I have two great parents, one older brother who is married to my wonderful sister-in-law, and then a nephew who is only about 10 months old.

Why I am a Mormon

I have chosen to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because I know that it is true and it makes me happy. I know that our Heavenly Father is watching over each one of us and that He loves us. He has given us a plan to be happy and to be able to return to live with him. He has blessed us with families that can be eternaly sealed together. I know that Christ lives and that he has layed down His life and made an infinite and eternal sacrifice so that I can overcome my faults and mistakes. I have read the Book of Mormon many times and have gained a witness that it is true. I know that the Bible, and the Book of Mormon are the word of God. He has revealed is hand again to us in these latter days and what a wonderful blessing that is!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be the best that I can. I always like to think "Do your best and the Lord will take care of the rest". I have recently returned from serving a mission in San Bernardino, California and I loved every minute of it. We sought opportunities to serve those around us and to teach them the gospel of Jesus Christ. I now attend Brigham Young University and I try to be a good example and fulfill my duties in my student ward.
