Hi I'm Karlee

I grew up in Oregon. I love going to church. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am an aspiring photographer, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. I treasure my family and I'm grateful to have them in my life. I have faced a lot of challenges in my life, but I have grown from each of them.

Why I am a Mormon

I didn't grow up in the church. My mom was raised LDS whereas my father and stepfather did not. My step dad and I were baptized on the same day but about a year later my family stopped going to church. It wasn't until my Sophomore year of H.S. that I started to go back to church. It took me awhile but I gained a strong testimony of the gospel and know for a fact it is real. I can't imagine my life without the gospel now. I believe 100% in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

How I live my faith

I live it worthily. I love to visit teach and fulfill my calling as a visiting teaching coordinator. I strive to better myself and to be a good example to my family, especially my nieces and nephews, as well as my peers. I try to do service as much as possible, weather its doing it with church members or by myself.

What is the Relief Society?

Karlee
Relief Society is my favorite! It is where all the woman 18+ years and older meet the 3rd sometimes the 1st hour of church and have a lesson prepared by a sister in the ward church. Show more Show less

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

Karlee
No. The church encourages young me to serve missions, however, they are not required to. In order for a young man to go on a mission, he must be 19-26 and woman must be 21+ to serve. Most people that go on missions learn so much and leave stronger physically, spiritually and mentally. Show more Show less
