Hi I'm Dinah

I enjoy change. I love diversity. I appreciate you. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a student at a small liberal arts college, graduating in April. 3 years ago I served a mission for the church in the Scotland/Ireland mission. This is still the best experience of my life to-date. My heart expanded to a capacity which enabled me to truly love all those I came in contact with. I got a glimpse of God's love for His children. That has been the greatest and most enriching gift I've received in my life. My free time is consumed with photography, softball, and people. I love life!

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because I have a firm belief that God exists. I believe He is our Father in Heaven and we are His children. I believe that His son, Jesus Christ lives and that He is our Savior. I believe that the "Mormon" faith is more correctly, Jesus Christ's church that He established when he ministered on this earth. I believe Jesus Christ, Himself, is the head of this church. I truly believe this. I have found my answers through prayer, meditation, and study of the scriptures (The Bible and The Book of Mormon). I believe we have prophets again on the earth, chosen by the Savior to be His mouthpiece. I feel strongly that there is a plan for every one of us to have happiness in this life and to enjoy an eternal happiness in the life hereafter. The way we obtain this happiness is by knowing Christ's teachings and then implementing those teachings in our lives. This is a lifetime process, to be perfected in Christ, but I am so grateful for a loving Savior who has provided a way for me to correct my mistakes and try again. I know we can all be truly happy, no matter what circumstances we are in or challenges we face in life because Christ is everyone's Savior and He reaches out and invites ALL to come unto Him.

How I live my faith

I am currently an instructor for the women's organization in our church. I love teaching and learning from the women I associate with. They are all inspiring and motivate me to be a better person all-around.
