Hi I'm Erin

I am a college student and wife. I am both a scientist and and artist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 21 years old and attending college studying mainly physics, with math, astronomy, and photography thrown in as well. I am a wife to an amazing fellow college student studying computer engineering. I love all things astronomy, physics, and to an extent mathematics. I am an obsessive reader and love to cook. I do photography, sewing, cross-stitching, jewelry making, painting, and hope to get into quilting some day. I can't wait to start a family and to be a mom.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that God lives, that He sent His Son to atone for us, to be resurrected for us. I know that Christ is the Son of God, that He loves me and suffered for me. I know that this is His true gospel restored on the earth again. I know that the priesthood is real and powerful. I know that Joseph Smith was and is a true prophet and was led to do the work that he did on this earth. I know that Thomas Monson is a true and living prophet that leads the Lord's church in His name. I know that the Savior is there for me and loves me always. I have felt His love and the confirmation of the truthfulness of the gospel through prayer and the subsequent feelings of the Holy Spirit.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through active participation in church through service to my fellow sisters by visiting with them and helping out however is needed. I support them by attending lessons and doing what I can for them. I also live my faith by cultivating my relationship with my Heavenly Father daily through daily prayer and scripture study. I like helping both with the children, in the church building library, and with family history/genealogy.
