Hi I'm Tyson A. Martin

In New Hampshire the moto is "Live free or die" and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a young husband and father that is striving to do the best for the people around me each day. I work in the world of technology and am excited by doing what I love at work and finding other things I love to do while not working. My life is filled with learning and experiencing new and challenging things and I am thankful to have the people I love around me.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe in Jesus Christ. I am a Mormon because I know that the church of Jesus Christ in the way it was organized while he was on the earth has been restored by he himself to a prophet. I am a Mormon because I believe that a faith or set of beliefs needs to be living and growing and so to must the power that faith has must be. I am a Mormon because I believe that God speaks to man today and we need that.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by first trying to live it in a real and natural way. By doing this I am able to learn from others and share of what I have found to be special. I enjoy helping others and treating others in a way that is at least as well as I would like to be treated. I like to surround myself with all types of people and grow from seeing their strengths.

Who are the Mormons?

Tyson A. Martin
We Mormons are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which was organized in 1800's. As of this year the Church had a worldwide membership of approximately 14 million people. Mormons believe the Bible and Jesus’ teachings in revelations to modern-day Apostles and Prophets. Mormons believe that their church is the same as the original church Jesus established when He was on the earth (see Ephesians 2:19-20, 4:11-14). The name ‘Mormon’ is a nickname because of the Church’s belief in the Book of Mormon (ancient scripture revealed to and recorded by prophets in the Americas during the same time the Bible was being written in the Old World.) What is being a Mormon like?

Tyson A. Martin
Being a Mormon can be different and yet very similar to being just about anyone else. Trials of life still come and go but because of an understanding of the plan that God has for mankind, (also known as"Our Heavenly Father's Plan of Happiness") a stronger determination is had and challanges have a reason. I am happier each day that I have a clear goal of who I want to be and where I want to end up. Show more Show less
