Hi I'm Tyler

I'm a surfer. I love helping small businesses grow. And, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up surfing in Southern California. Now than I'm working in Arizona, we don't get to the beach as much as I'd like. But, we still have lots of family there, so we get out often enough to spend some time teaching my boys to love the ocean. I couldn't be a happier husband & father. My wife is the most amazing person in the world and my 3 boys keep us on our toes & laughing all the time. I currently have my own marketing consulting business. Internet marketing is my specialty. But, I also love building things with my hands. Give me some wood & some tools and I'm a happy man.

Why I am a Mormon

Having grown up in the church, I didn't make a conscious decision to join. But, I was continually presented with opportunities to choose. The gospel was always taught in our home and I always found joy in choosing what I knew was right. As I became older I could see the wisdom in the choices I had been taught to make. Each choice I've made to follow Jesus Christ has blessed my life. I'm so grateful for Him, his sacrifice, and his mercy. Another comforting part of being a Mormon is knowing that God loves us enough to continue guiding us through modern prophets. Being able to read and hear the words of a prophet who lives in our day, and guides us towards joy & happiness and away from the despair of the world bring great peace to my life despite what may be going on in the world. As a father and a husband I can see direct blessings in our family life from obeying God's commandments. I can't imagine trying to raise a family without the knowledge of Heavenly Father's plan for us.

How I live my faith

First and foremost I try to a be an example and teacher to my children. I strive to serve my wife and be a good companion to her. At church my current responsibility is with the 14 & 15 year old boys. I love working with them at that age. They're still young enough that they'll listen, but they're in that crucial time where they're starting to form their opinions and habits. Being able to be a positive influence in their lives is very fulfilling.
