Hi I'm Boman

I love the mountains. I love the ocean. I love being a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Las Vegas, NV but grew up in Salt Lake City, UT. I have AMAZING parents and an AWESOME sister. Small family but I couldn't ask for a better one. I love the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. My favorite things to do are snow skiing, mt. biking, dirtbiking, rock climbing, and backpacking/camping with family. Basically if I'm in the mountains I'm happy. I also love the beach. Southern California has been a vacation spot for my family and I for as long as I can remember. I really enjoy surfing, skim boarding, and scuba diving. My whole family is into outdoors also and doing fun stuff like skiing or biking as a family. It has truly brought me and my family together and helped us have great relationships with each other. Right now, however, I put all that on pause. I am serving the Lord for two years in North Carolina. No place I would rather be!

Why I am a Mormon

hum... where do i start? I was raised in the church and I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to grow up with and learning about the gospel. The more I learn and study about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints the stronger my testimony gets. By living the teachings of our savior Jesus Christ I find peace, joy and it keeps me on the path back to Heavenly Father. By personally reading and praying about the Book of Mormon and the Bible I came to know for my self that both books are the word of God and in them contains the words of Christ and His gospel. I know that this is the Lords church and full gospel is once again on earth. I am Mormon because i have a desire to fallow my savior and redeemer Jesus Christ as fully and faithfully as possible. Try it out for your self and you'll see...

How I live my faith

I strive to fallow the commandments and council the the Lord has given us in times of old as well as in these days. Some commandments are fairly easy for me to live and others are harder but i know that all of them lead to lasting happiness and we can receive help if we are struggling to do what is right. I know that as we do what the Lord asks us to we will be happy. It's that simple.

Why do Mormon missionaries proselyte?

We have seen the great joy that has come into our lives and our families from the restored gospel of Jesus Christ and we want to give everyone the opportunity to experience those same blessings. Many people are kept from the truth because they don't know where to find it. We are here simply to assist our Heavenly Father in helping people find the truth that they seek. Show more Show less
