Hi I'm Alyssa Reed

I speak Chinese. I am a Business Woman. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

你好. I am a college student, studying business and chinese. I like doing outdoor stuff (surfing, hiking, cycling, swimming, and anything water related). I also like art (photography, movies, tv shows, and music). I want to be a CEO someday. I like hair, makeup, clothes, shoes, designers, brands, exortic cars, private planes, yachts and boats, hollywood, celebrities, entertainment world... pretty much anything to would be considered luxury products.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I choose to be. I got baptized when I was 8. My ancestors joined the church in 1830s. My parents taught me the gospel since I was born, but I choose to be Mormon. To me, I know the Mormon church has the complete truth because I can feel peace, happiness, and comfort at church, daily life, and at the temple. This happiness, peace, and comfort is only found in this church and not found anywhere else. I have had many experiences in my life that have confirmed to me, without a doubt of this. I would rather die than deny this church is Christ's church back on the Earth. I follow because I can feel the spirit during church setting or when I am reading the scriptures. I feel calm and peace during church. Its feel great because I know the spirit comes from Heaven.

How I live my faith

I participate in my ward by doing my calling at church, attending church, and going to social activities at church. I live my faith by studying the scriptures, attending church, praying, and following the Prophet. When I was a teenager I was in a church magazine. Today I am kinda internet famous for being mormon. I also live my faith by always remembering Christ and what He has given to be and done for me. Christ is also the center of my life. Another way I live my faith is by serving others and improving myself to become more Christ-like.
