Hi I'm Taylor

I'm a husband, a university student, a Canadian and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I come from a family of 11 children, with wonderful parents. I grew up in Alberta, Canada, and am currently attending BYU studying Neuroscience. I am married to the most amazing woman, and together we love to try new things and make friends. We love to smile and laugh! Our lives are filled with joyful experiences as we currently are finishing up our undergraduate degrees. We make the most with what we have and are especially grateful to be members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church and grew up with it, it feels normal and right. When I moved away from home, I continued to go to church, it has helped me through many trials and has given me many friends. I know that the church is true, plain and simple. It just makes sense, and I know that I am doing right by living the gospel in an attempt to live with our Father in Heaven again. The church really makes me happy and has definitely helped my family to grow in love. I want to pass it on in the future to any children I may have, and obtain an eternal family.

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday by doing the best I can to be like our Saviour, and serve everyone I can. The message our Church has is so special and very important and I have the opportunity to share it with people every day. I also study it everyday, and learn more what it means to be like Jesus Christ and how to follow him. My wife and I have placed Christ in the centre of our home. This means that we try to live His Gospel and apply principles of love, repentance, forgiveness, etc. in our relationship and with others. It is a wonderful opportunity to work every day to be a disciple of Christ.
