Hi I'm Kendall!

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in Utah and Oregon and live there now. I joined the Army in 2005 and now I work at Sears and go to school.

About Me

like I said I am a soldier and served in Iraq for a year as a combat engineer. I am currently an Army Instructor for college ROTC cadets. I love music and I play the drums, guitar and sing. I LOVE to watch movies of all genres too.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church but I didn't really gain my own testimony of it until I read the Book of Mormon at age 16. Since then I have been all over the country and other countries and like most people have had many struggles throughout life. I stayed in the church because I have tried living without it and it never works. Either it is true or it isn't and when you ask God for yourself and receive the witness of the Holy Ghost that it is, nothing else matters. Elder Neal A. Maxwell, a former Apostle once said, "If in the end you have not chosen Jesus Christ, it will not matter what you have chosen." Those are the words I live by.

How I live my faith

I have had many callings as a youth and as a young single adult. I have been a ward missionary, served in the activities committee and my Priesthood group presidency. I am also an Eagle Scout and have held many leadership positions as a teenager.
