Hi I'm Wesley

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Im 45 years old and live in the San Francisco Bay area. I've been married for 23 years and have 6 wonderful, beautiful children. I was born and raised in Missouri and served a 2 year mission for the mormon church in Portland, Oregon. I have a BS in Business Administration and Marketing and own a medical distribution and manufacturing company in California. My interest are my marriage, family, golf, boating, skiing, BYU football/sports. In my life, I have had much adversity and personal trials to overcome. I fell 120 feet 12 stories resulting in 18 surgeries years of rehab and today I walk and live a normal life. Please see my story below in the personal story section.

Why I am a Mormon

As a small boy, my mother divorced and married again to a man who eventually adopted me. This was a time of growth and development in my life and the gospel of Jesus Christ was instrumental in directing my life's path. Most importantly, what gave me a clear path to understand my purpose in life was the answers to three questions Where did I come from?, Why am I here?, and Where will I go when this life is over?. Further, the knowledge that God's children are led by a living Prophet in these the latter-days as God's children in the Old and New Testaments of the Bible gives me great comfort. In addition, I have the understanding that families can be together forever and not till "death do us part". This knowledge gives me an eternal purpose each day when I'm with my wife and children that our relationships will last beyond this life into the next. The most important concept of the restored gospel to me is the atonement of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ, my savior, atoned for my sins and allowed his life to be taken so on the 3rd day of passover, Jesus Christ was the first to be resurrected that all mankind would live again after this life. The small passage of scripture in the Bible has always gave my life direction, John 3:16, "For God so loved the Word, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

How I live my faith

I live my faith in accordance to Jesus Christ, to come unto Him. Each day, as challenging as they may be, I have faith that all things will work out for the best as I seek the companionship of God the Father and Jesus Christ. Also, each day I try to remember who I am and my full potential in this life and the life after this one. I seek to serve others who's hands are hanging low. I wish to lighten their burdens and bring happiness and joy to their lives.
