Hi I'm Brock

I'm giving all I have to make a difference through my music. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a husband, a soon-to-be-father, a student, and someone who is 1000% passionate about music.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that first and foremost I am a child of God, that He loves me, and that he has a plan for me, and for each of us. That plan is to be eternally happy and to live with Him again. I know that I can find support in any time and any place by simply going to my knees and seeking my Father in Heaven in prayer. It is because of this tremendous gift that I know I will never be left alone. I have seen my prayers answered on more occasions than I can count. I know that He truly does hear and answer every prayer, in His own way and in His own time, but the answers do come. He wants our own happiness more than we do and knows what will bring us the most happiness not only daily, but eternally. I know that Jesus Christ is my redeemer, that He lives, and because of his loving and infinite Atonement, I will be able to overcome the bonds of sin and death. I know that through humble and sincere repentance I can be washed clean and forgiven for my sins. He is my example in all things. This truly is his church. He stands at the head of it and leads and guides it through modern-day revelation. I am so blessed to live in a time when the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ has been restored on the Earth through a latter-day prophet. I know that we are led today by a living prophet, who has been called of God, and given the authority to speak and act for God on the Earth today. I have been blessed innumerable times by the counsel of modern prophets and apostles. There is tremendous peace that comes in life from following their counsel and striving to emulate their Christ-like examples. Perhaps the thing I am most grateful for is my knowledge that because of covenants and ordinances available in sacred and holy temples, I can be with my amazing wife and family not only during this life, but eternally as well. I can't imagine a heaven without being together with those I love most and who mean the most to me. These buildings are truly the Kingdom of God here on the Earth. It is where I can go to feel His presence in my life that is not possible in any other way.

How I live my faith

I have been so blessed to be able to take my love and passion for music and share it with everyone I meet. In writing and performing, I have tried to create music that is not only appealing to listen to, but that also provides a positive message and lifts people up. There is such a great need for good music in this world today and I hope to be able to make my mark in some small way. I'm incredibly blessed to serve as the 1st counselor in a student ward Bishopric. I am strengthened and renewed every week as I get to rub shoulders with some of the most noble and valiant souls of our Heavenly Father. I will be forever grateful for the opportunity I had to serve a full-time mission in the Italy Milan mission, as well as the Washington DC South mission. I will never forget the people and places that helped me to really come to know not only who I am, but whose I am.
