Hi I'm Jeff

I'm a marine biologist. I have 3 boys. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a proud father of three young boys and married to a wonderful wife. My favorite thing to do is spending quality time with my family. We especially enjoy camping, hiking, and being outdoors. I like basketball and football, and I enjoy reading 'How to' books to learn new skills. I'm the assistant scoutmaster for our boyscout troop.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in a Mormon home. When I was a teenager, I decided it was time for me to find out for myself if the Book of Mormon was true. When I asked God in prayer, He answered my question with a feeling of peace and conviction. I am a Mormon because I cannot deny the spiritual experiences I have had reading and praying about the Book of Mormon. I know it is true. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints helps me come unto Christ every day. I am a member of this church because I want to follow Jesus Christ, and I know that this is His church. Simply put, following Christ's teachings as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the single most significant source of happiness and peace in my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith though acts of kindness. I try to be a good neighbor and responsible citizen in my community. Most importantly, I live my faith by doing the best I can to be a loving husband and father and teaching my kids to follow the Savior's example. I pray to my Father in Heaven and read the Bible and Book of Mormon to find spiritual strength and guidance in my life. I rely on Jesus Christ to overcome my weaknesses and trials.
