Hi I'm Jenna

I have a bachelors in Home and Family Living. I love life and the people in my life. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a stay at home mom taking care of a little baby girl. She is a handful, but seeing her smile or giggle makes it all worth the time and energy invested. I have a wonderful husband whom I love so much. He is the greatest person I know. I enjoy health and fitness even though I am not terribly great at being consitent about it, but talking about it excites me and gets me going again. I also enjoy getting great deals when shopping and pride myself in being thrifty. Music is also a great part of my life. I spend one day a week teaching preschool age children music. I find it as a fun outlet and love to be involved teaching young people something that I find so important.

Why I am a Mormon

This church uplifts me and makes me want to be a better friend, sister, daughter, wife and mother. The better I live the gospel, the closer I feel to the Savior and the better I can handle whatever life throws at me. Jesus is my best friend, and he has helped me through heart wrenching times. I know that he atoned for my sins and that he knows everything that I have ever gone through first-hand. I know that he knows and loves me personally. Knowing that provides great strength to me. He has comforted my pains, he has deepened my joy and has helped me have a more profound love for other people. Being Mormon is more than just a belief; it is a way of being and thinking. I love this church and am so grateful I have it in my life.

How I live my faith

I serve the church on Sundays by organizing the music in Sacrament Meeting, leading the ward choir and doing music time for the 2-3 year old class. It is busy but I am grateful to participate this way.
