Hi I'm Kent

I'm a father, a gamer, a student and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a father of one and one on the way, I work in the cell phone business as a phone technician. I enjoy racquetball, computers, and computer games. I attend a local university and I'm majoring in systems and network administration. I was raised a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and enjoy my relationship with Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of my belief in Christ. All things testify that there is a Christ. I had the opportunity to pray about the teachings of the Church and know them to be true by the power of the Holy Ghost. Because of that knowledge I chose to be baptized when I was 8. I love Christ and know that this is his Church established in our day. That the Book of Mormon is scripture, comparable to the Bible. I know that his Church has always been led by a prophet, and that is still true today. I know that my family can be together through the power of Christ's atonement.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending my local temple, and worshiping there. I have served the church in several different fashions. I have served locally as the President of our congregations Sunday School, as a youth Sunday School teacher teaching 14-18 year old boys and girls, and as a Ward Clerk helping to manage our congregations finances and other clerical type things. I have also served a full-time mission in the state of Washington for 2 years.
