Hi I'm Josh

I'm a Mormon. I am from Baltimore, MD. I am currently attending college studying Exercise Science/Sports Medicine.

About Me

I am from Baltimore, MD, but I'm currently attending college in Idaho studying Exercise Science/Sports Medicine. I want to, once I graduate, get into physical therapy. I am 21 and enjoy doing many things. I played Lacrosse in highschool, but i enjoy playing any kind of sports. I also love music. I love listening to it and playing it. I play a little of the piano guitar and drums, but I'm not amazing at any of them.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the LDS church and so I learned about it until I was about 15. At that point I decided that I didn't know if it were all true. Could everything I was taught since I was young be a lie? I didn't know. I started ignoring these questions and pushed away from the church rather than find the answers. Over the next few years I followed many wrong paths that led me to a world of trouble. I had backed my self into a corner where I felt like/realized I only had two options left. I had to either follow what I had been taught my whole life, or I needed to get away from in all together. I have always had a belief in a God, and I saw Him as my only true, unbiased source for truth and answers. So I prayed. As I prayed, I didn't see an angel. I didn't hear a voice. I didn't even get an overwhelming feeling that i could tell. It just felt right. That's it. I still had questions, but the thought that kept repeating over and over in my mind was: "If anything in my crazy messed up life makes sense...this does." Ever since that day, though I have had times when I still question, the memory of this experience reminds me that I am doing what I feel to be right. I have had many experiences since then that help me to stay strong in the things i go through. That is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

At this point in my life I live my faith by doing my best to help others in need. I am always walking around so I try to help those who may need it. I also do my best to help them find the same happiness I have found by inviting them to come to Christ...
