Hi I'm Julianne

I am a stay at home mom of two little girls. I love to sew and go swimming. I'm a mormon

About Me

I am a stay at home mother of 2 little girls. I love being a stay at home mom. I got my degree in Elementary Education however my oldest daughter was born right before graduation so I never taught. For now I have my 2 little girls that I love watching grow up. I also like to sew and knit. I am learning how to make soap. I like to swim and dance. I'm starting to do 5Ks, but I am not great yet. I am living in Alabama right now while my husband learns to fly the Apache helicopter.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a Mormon family. I love being Mormon because it has given my life meaning and a purpose. I know who I am - a daughter of my loving Heavenly Father. I was able to be married in the temple to my husband making it so we can be together for time and all eternity. I can not think of a greater joy then having my family with me into eternity. I know that if I live the very best that I can, that someday I will be able to return and live with my Heavenly Father. I can also be with my husband and children and our families for all eternity. This I feel is such a blessing because life here on earth is so short and death does not have to be the end. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true. I know the Book of Mormon is a true book and I do feel the spirit each and every time I read it. I know that President Monson is a true Prophet and does receive revaluation from our Heavenly Father to help lead us. I know that Joseph Smith was a true prophet and restored the Church on the earth.

How I live my faith

In my ward I am the third Sunday Relief Society teacher. When I got my calling I was scared to teach in front of other women, however I feel that each lesson I teach I learn so much. When I teach I not only learn about the topic and the other women in the ward but about myself and my own testimony. I moved to Alabama 16 hours away from any family last summer. Right when I got here the ward welcomed us right in. I love that wherever I may move to or go there is the Church waiting to be my family away from my family and friends. In this ward we have found many dear friends.
