Hi I'm Daniel Rogers

I'm a Mormon. I have a Masters Degree in Family Life Education and a Doctorate in Education. I've been married 46 years.

About Me

My wife Luana and I have seven children and 25 grandchildren. We have been married 45 years. We love to read, travel and be together. Our hobbies also include, photography, hiking and spending time with old and good friends. My wife is our ward Relief Society President and a temple ordinance worker. I serve as a temple sealer and I am in charge of our stake mission preparation program. We love life.

Why I am a Mormon

We are members of the Church because thru many, many life experiences we have come to know the Savior and our Father in Heaven. We love them and know they love us. The peace and joy this knowledge gives us is unspeakable and gives us courage and strength to serve our family and the rest of our Father's children. His Gospel has genuinely supported us thru the fiery trials of life that we all face from time to time.

How I live my faith

We live our faith by loving and serving our children, grandchildren and those around us. We strive to be an example of a follower of Jesus Christ.

What is the difference between attending church and the temple?

Daniel Rogers
The Temple is a place of worship where we discover our reationship to God as our Father and deepen our understanding of His Eternal Plan for us. This learning takes place a beautiful, dedicated and peaceful inviroment. We receive instruction and we make sacred promise that relate to, living a Christ like life through service to our family and fellow man. Through Temple service we also come to understand our full potential a nd eternal destiny as children of God. Show more Show less
