Hi I'm Raquel

I'm a college student studying psychology. I have a wonderful family and I choose to be happy everyday. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi, I'm a senior studying psychology and I hope to one day be able to help people as a profession. I grew up in Texas, and it's where my heart will always belong. My family is the best part about my life and I can't wait to have my own someday. Music and writing are two things I'm passionate about, and I feel blessed every day.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it is a constant source of happiness in my life. Through living the gospel I have been able to strengthen my relationship with my Heavenly Father and Savior, as well as my family and those closest to me. I'm Mormon because my family is the most important thing in my life and I want to be sealed to them for eternity as a forever family. I am Mormon because I have seen the difference in my life when I am truly living its principles. I am a happier person when I am benefiting from the blessings of such a wonderful religion. I am Mormon because I have faced some difficult trials in my life thus far, and the gospel was the one thing that served as a constant anchor of peace and joy during those times of struggling. I have gained such a strong testimony of this church and the positive changes that it can bring to people's lives.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being an active member of the church every day. I have had the opportunity to hold many different callings in the church that include teaching, activity planning, and giving service to those around me. Each of these areas have blessed my life greatly and enabled me to become a better daughter, sister, and friend to those I love.
