Hi I'm Breann Eggleston

I was a lost sheep, but now I'm found and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in the church but at age 14 I lost my way. I enjoyed my life not being a Mormon and i dont regret any of the things that i did. But time went on and I love being a Mormon and i wont go back. I used to be a dog groomer but as of right now i am serving a mission in the California Arcadia Mission.

Why I am a Mormon

Although I enjoyed my inactive life I missed out on all the blessing that the LDS church has to offer. As I tried to come back it was hard, I didnt have much support outside my family. The area I lived in had mabey like 10 active members and the missionaries wern't much help. I moved to Utah to be more active in the church, but as a missionary for the church I have come to relize that it doesn't matter were you live it's how you look at it. As a missionary I am helping many less actives come back into the fold. It is a wonderful experience to tell my story to others. I love the feelings I get as a mormon, and I wish to have everyone experiemce what I have.

How I live my faith

Well I have to say it is still hard to look at what i gave up when I became active. But I can tell you that the good out wayed the bad. All the rules and obligations are there for my own good and although I still have my own sence of good judgement, I try my hardest to follow all of them, because of the blessing that come afterwards. The more obedent you are the more blessings you get, some are hard to see and some seem to hit you in the face. I feel loved by my Heavenly Father when I obey because I know that i am doing something to please him.
