Hi I'm Carrol

I grew up in Idaho. I love to play and watch any sport. I love spending time with my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a wife and mother of two beautiful girls. I have been married seven years. My husband has been attending college our entire marriage. I love living the college life. We look forward to that next phase in life when there will not be so much homework! I also love basketball and running.

Why I am a Mormon

I have read the Book of Mormon and I know that it is true. I have followed the teachings of Christ found in the Book of Mormon and I feel the spirit in my life from doing this. I know that Jesus Christ is our Savior and thee Redeemer of all mankind. I know that when we follow God's commandments we are truly blessed. I know the Plan of Salvation is the greatest gift our Father can give us. I know that this is the true church here on this earth today.

How I live my faith

My husband and I have family prayer with our children everyday. We prayer together at night, after we put our daughters to bed, and study the scriptures together. We teach our daughters about the Book of Mormon and why we go to church. My husband and I attend the temple and perform work for those people that didn't get a chance to accept or hear the gospel while they were here on this earth. I try to visit sisters in our ward monthly to help them know I love and care about them. My husband and I set gospel centered goals together to help us have the spirit in our homes, and in our daily lives, for the much needed guidance and support that helps us make decisions or comfort us when we need comfort.

What is being a Mormon like?

Carrol
It gives me a sense of peace. I know that my family is eternal. That we can be together even after death. I know my Savior died for me because he loved me. I know that our Heavenly Father listens to me as I pray. These truths that are taught in the Mormon Church give me hope. Show more Show less
