Hi I'm Stephanie

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I think I was born crazy about horses. I just love how big and majestic they are. Riding and being with my horses is one of my favorite things to do. Currently, I am learning how to compete in reining. Reining is a fast paced, western discipline of riding. I just love to do sliding stops on the horse. I am grateful for all of our Heavenly Fathers creatures. They just bring so much joy and companionship to my life and the life of my husband!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because it just makes sense to me. The gospel is simple to understand, and those things that I don't really grasp, I am able to pray about until I do have an understanding of them. I feel a peace knowing that I have a Heavenly Father who loves me and wants me to succeed here in this life. I feel His guiding hand when I struggle or go through trials. I also know that Jesus Christ lives. I know He is the Son of God. I know that because of Christ and His atonement, it is possible for me to return again, with my family, to live with our Father in Heaven. I know that we have a living prophet on the earth today, even Thomas S. Monson, who is able to lead and guide this church on this earth as the Lord would lead and guide it. I am so grateful that for this knowledge! I am not perfect, but because of my faith I know that I can become a better person, day by day, and little by little. I have seen the difference the gospel has made in my life over the years, and I have seen it change, for good, the lives of many of my friends. There is a peace and joy that comes from living the Lord's way!

How I live my faith

I am a ward missionary. I get to help teach people who maybe interested in learning more about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is a great experience to see someone understanding for the first time that there is a God in heaven, and He does love them and know them!
