Hi I'm Veronica

I was born & raised in HB, CA. I love the outdoors. I'm an avid fan of Classic, punk, ska, folk, and alt rock, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm currently a student at a local community college in southern California. I'm also a full-time nanny as well and I love it. I grew up at the beach, and love everything about it! Aside from being a beach-lover and all-things outdoors lover, i absolutely love music. Classic, punk, ska, alt, and folk are my favorite genres of rock and there's nothing better than going to see a band live and being in the pit. Everything aside, i just love living life and adventuring around with a group of good friends. In the end, creating great memories and having a good laugh is what i strive for. :)

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church and baptized when i was 8 years old, much like many other members of the church. But by the age of 9, I was much less active and only attended when my mother begged me and dragged me out of bed. By the age of 13, i was completely inactive in the church, and after meeting with my Young Women's president i decided to partially return to church. After many hard trials in Highschool and periods of inconsistent activity in the church, I had huge ugly wakeup call, and decided to take my membership in the church seriously and to get involved. By 17 years old, i was fully-active in the church, and I haven't stopped since. I'm so very grateful for the Leaders in my ward and stake that helped me and fellow shipped me throughout the times of trial. Through the past 3 years, i've learned to cherish my membership in the church and not take it for granted, because it has blessed my life soo much. If i hadn't come back to the church fully at 17, I definitely wouldn't be the person i am today.

How I live my faith

I'm currently in the Singles Ward, and loving it. I love my callings and am currently serving as Relief Society 1st Counselor; which means i help lookout for the girls/women in my ward , and Dance Committee co-chair; which means i organize dances for the singles in the area. I'm so very grateful for my callings, and love how many new people i get to meet.
