Hi I'm Ellen

I am a mormon. I was born and raised in the church. I have been married for 35 years. I have 8 children.

About Me

I am married with 8 children. My husband is a convert. I was born and raised in the church. I love to cook - but not clean up! I love to sew - especially hand sewing. I love music and play the piano. I was a stay at home mom for many years but now have worked for the past 9 years with accounting for a propane company. I love the peace and harmon the church brings to me. I enjoy playing games with my family and watching baseball, basketball, and football games on TV or going to them. I love children and being with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church. I went inactive for a little while, married outside the church but as I started having a family, I realized just how much the church meant to me. My husband joined the church and we were sealed in the temple. I know how much better my life has been since my husband was baptized and how much happier I am to live close to the teachings of the church. I cannot imagine my life without the church.

How I live my faith

I love to work with little children. I have been able to work with children at church much of my married life and love to hear and feel the strengh that they have in the Gospel. My children and the children at church help to set an example for me to be the person that I know that my Heavenly Father would like me to be. When I live the teachings of the gospel, it helps to set a good example for others and helps them to learn more about the church.
