Hi I'm Michael

I love the outdoors, music, and I hope to practice medicine in the future. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a 22 year-old college student studying Nutritional Science and planning on attending medical school. I enjoy playing ukulele and guitar and listening to music. I love to get out into nature and go hiking, as well as cooking and baking.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because of the personal strength that I've gained from living the gospel of Jesus Christ. Faith in God has given me direction and hope for the future, knowing that the mistakes of the past can be forgiven because of Christ. I know that God has restored His church on the earth in these days. Because of that, we can know how to best live to bring us and our families happiness in this life and the life to come.

How I live my faith

My local church is all single young adults away from home, and because of this we try to meet in small groups every week to help us get to know each other as a church family. I help to organize these groups which provide a valuable opportunity for members to strengthen each others' testimonies of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Additionally, I've had the opportunity of visiting individual members of the church, a common practice to make sure that their needs are met both physically and spiritually. It's always an uplifting experience to help others as the Savior would himself.
