Hi I'm Donna

I'm a wife, mother, grandmother, a great bread maker, I love my family. I enjoy the talents that God has given me. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in the Church, and enjoy the blessings that come from a Gospel centered home. I enjoyed Primary, Young Women, and Seminary. I love the talents that the Lord has given me. I enjoy music, both playing the piano, and leading the Primary children. Attending Girls Camp for 9 years gave me an opportunity to learn and grow with the Young Women. Studying the scriptures each day helps lead and guide me through difficult times. I enjoy the quiet promptings that help me make choices that will help me lead and guide my family throughout the eternities. We live where the church is strong and many members. This has been wonderful to feel the friendship of others each day. I love my husband and the strong Priesthood influence that he is in our lives. Together we strive to live the gospel and teach our children and grandchildren true principles. I feel a closeness with those who have gone on before me. My ancestors, especiallly my Grandparents, have been a great example to me. I love my family, and want to be with them throughout eternity.

Why I am a Mormon

I love being a member of this true church. It gives me direction in my life. I find joy and happiness knowing that by following Jesus and his commandments I can live again with him along with my family. My family brings great happiness and joy to me. With a family here on earth we can work together to find true joy. Family brings the greatest happiness. Though there are many trials, sorrows, and prayers we know that we will always be there for each other. My membership in the church gives me a comfort knowing that I can be with my family forever in heaven along with Jesus. God loves me and watches over me. By keeping the commandments I know that I will have the gift of the Holy Ghost with me each day. I rely on this to guide me in life's decisions. I know my ancestors are watching over and counting on me to continue the legacy of faith. I know the Book of Mormon is true. I have felt it in my very being. I love being a part of God's true church.

How I live my faith

I love living the gospel of Jesus Christ. I had the opportunity to go to Girl's camp 9 years in a row. This was a great blessing because of the feeling of the Holy Ghost. It is so strong when you're close to nature. I play for the ward choir which gives me great joy and happiness. I love music and have always known this was a gift from God. At the age of 12 I played for the primary. I loved being a ward missionary and sharing the gospel with others. I get the opportunity to lead the children in Primary music at the moment. I love being with these little children of God. They are his greatest blessings. My life is blessed in so many ways when I serve others. I have the opportunity to have a husband and children along with grandchildren now. I count this my greatest blessing. I try to be a disciple of Christ in all that I do and say. I want others to know what makes me so happy.
