Hi I'm Lyle

I'm a father, husband, a jack of all trades, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the father of 5 wonderful kids. My wife, the kids and I live in a small tourist town where we cater to the public in a family owned business. This small town is located next door to a National Park where we have many visitors throughout the year. We enjoy meeting and greeting people from all over the world.

Why I am a Mormon

The family values that the church teaches is of great importance to my wife and me. We both come from large loving families that mean a great deal to us. The church helps us to understand the importance of being there for one another. We believe that familes can be together forever with Heavenly Fathers plan. The temple is where we have chosen to be married, and through the proper Priesthood authority, we receive the blessing of becoming united and being that eternal family.

How I live my faith

As a Mormon our congregations are called Wards. I currently have the great opportunity to serve and be a leader of my great Ward. This has given me a chance to get to know the members better, but to also reach out to our community members. Since we work as a Lay ministry, we donate all of our time in fufilling these great opportunities. What a blessing it has been for our famlily to have this great experience and to get to help those in need.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

No, we are a worldwide church with a program in place to not only help members but to help out many others in many different lands. We have a humanitarian program only second to some of the large government and Red Cross type organizations. We believe in loving our neighbor as ourselves. Show more Show less
