Hi I'm Kyle

I work in sales, speak Chinese, love scuba diving and traveling. I am a son, brother, and husband. AND...I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love being married to my best friend. Everyday I love my wife more and look forward to the exciting times we will share. I love being outdoors whether it is scuba diving, traveling to foreign countries, backpacking to the highest peaks in the USA, off-roading, or just laying out at the beach. I enjoy basketball with my friends and working hard at my career in sales. I love doing things around the house and having projects. I am always excited to start another day and see what I can learn today.

Why I am a Mormon

My membership in this church was a process. My parents are Mormon and I grew up Mormon. In my teens started to question if I actually believed it all. I questioned Joseph Smith's story and if the Book of Mormon was true. At college I attended a few other religions to find out if this was really MY religion or if I believed it simply because of my parents. At 20 I decided to really give this religion a shot, I would try it out and do everything it guided and see if I ever got an answer. This way I would know for once and for all if it was my religion or not. If not then I could move on and do whatever. But if it were true, I would do it for the rest of my life. I did my experience and can say without a shadow of a doubt that God LIVES, the Book of Mormon is the word of God, and Joseph Smith did restore Jesus Christ's original church upon the earth. God answered my sincere prayer and I love the personal relationship I have with Him. I want to live with my wife and family forever. I know families can be eternal. I love the perspective I have that through this church. I always have a loving Father to turn to. I can overcome any fault or sin through the Atonement of Jesus Christ. Bottom line... being a Mormon makes me happy.

How I live my faith

I attend a Chinese-speaking congregation. I work closely with the church's missionaries to help people learn more about our church. I enjoy answering people's questions and sharing my experiences because I found that by doing so, I remember all the feelings that helped be decide to be Mormon. I enjoy developing my relationship with my Heavenly Father through daily prayer and scripture reading. I enjoy going to all the events and helping out through service projects when available.
