Hi I'm Michael

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in Nicaragua. At the age of 10 I started learning music. I play the clarinet.

About Me

My name is Michael. I am a collage student. I love ballroom dance and singing (though I need to work on that a little bit more LOL). I love Asian languages. I am learning Japanese and soon I will start with Chinese.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I learned about the Gospel of Jesus Christ being restored again on Earth. I follow the Gospel because it has filled my life with happiness I did not know it existed. I was given a glimpse of the plan of happiness Heavenly Father prepared for us and decided to learn more. The miracles and life changing experiences I have had since then have molten my true character. It has helped me realized who I am, why I am here, and Where I can go or become.

How I live my faith

I am a home teacher. I have worked with music in the church. I have also participated in dance activities. I have also served as a missionary among the Kekchi's from Guatemala.

What is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' attitude regarding homosexuality and same sex marriage?

Michael
God loves his children no matter what sexual inclination they may have. He has given us commandments to protect us. We have been endowed with the power of creation. This power is so sacred because we share it in common with our Heavenly Father to help more of his spirit children come to Earth and learn. Although we have this gift of creation, we are required to respect it and honor it, in other words hold it sacred. That is the only condition of this great gift. By participating in relationships without the real purpose of this power, we disrespect the responsibility that has been placed upon us, thus mocking Heavenly Fathers plan of Salvation.
