Hi I'm Dana

I'm a single mother of two children, one who is severly disabled, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am outgoing, fun and compassionate. The best thing about my life is living it! I'm a single mother of two awesome kids and they are what keep me going! I love being social and spending time with family and friends, but I'm ready to share the best parts of my life with someone else, too. I also really like being a part of church activities! I have a nursing degree and I work in the healthcare field at the hospital. I really love my job and look forward to furthuring my education to become a nurse anesthestist. Music and movies and traveling are the rest of what make my life exciting.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that the LDS church is true.I love the church and I love the doctrine. I am an endowed member. I also love performing temple work. I enjoy service projects, visiting teaching and helping others.I love performing missionary work. I currently have four callings in the church. I belong to the best ward and I have learned so much from them since becoming a member two and a half years ago.

How I live my faith

I have the following callings: I organize and run activities, service projects and socials for single adults. I teach a womens organization on Christ's teachings. We also have "girls night" or enrichment night where we go out and do projects. I teach Bible study I visit other women and assist them and their family with their needs.

Why do you have 12 Apostles? They were just meant to be around for the time of Jesus Christ, not to be replaced with new apostles.

Our church structure is set up exactly how Jesus Christ set up His church. When Christ came, He set up the church exactly the way it is to be run for the rest of time. Show more Show less

Do Mormons practice polygamy?

Absolutely NOT! A lot of people confuse us with the Reformed Church of Jesus Chritst of Latter Day Saints (RLDS). We do not beleive in polygamy. Show more Show less
