Hi I'm Elise

I have lived in Michigan my whole life. I teach preschool and love working with four and five year old children. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love working with children and I teach 4 and 5 year olds at a preschool. I love to play volleyball and tennis. I love to read and learn new things. I collect picture books and I love musicals :)

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints because I know that the gospel has been restored on this earth. I know that I have a Father in heaven who loves me and is mindful of me. I first started learning about the church when I met my husband over nine years ago. At first I was tentative to learn anything about the church and I did not give it a chance, but through the love and testimony of many people I began to see the glorious truths encompassed in this church. After I was married to my husband I began to take the missionary discussion and I faithfully attended church with him. My love for my heavenly Father and Jesus Christ grew substantially. I was happier and I was learning so much wonderful information. Nine months after I was married I entered into the waters of baptism and received the Holy Ghost. Since then my life has been filled with so much love. Things are not always easy but I better understand the trials I am going through. I am grateful for all the wonderful people who helped me realize what an amazing life I could live with all the great knowledge I have learned.

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday through the actions and decisions I make. I work with the missionaries to help spread to gospel in my area. I live my faith by spending quality time with my husband. I make sure to find time to pray and read the scriptures because they give me strength to live my life the way I should. I live my faith through the big and small moments of my life.
